Her journey began on the factory floor, where she developed the resilience and determination that would become the foundation of her success. She subsequently transitioned into sales and marketing before entering the financial services sector with Canadian Tire. Through dedication, leadership, and a strong commitment to growth, she progressed from Sales Representative to Team Leader, Sales Manager, and ultimately, Regional Manager.
Her experience in brokerage administration opened the door to real estate, inspiring her to obtain her licence and embark on a new professional chapter. With a client-first philosophy and an unwavering commitment to excellence, she quickly distinguished herself as a trusted Realtor, earning recognition as a top-producing agent and successfully leading a team of more than 18 Realtors.
Her accomplishments culminated in a historic milestone as she became the first Punjabi female Broker of Record in the KWC region, leading Warsan Real Estate Inc. with purpose, confidence, and a clear vision for the future.
Today, with over a decade of sales experience, Amandeep brings together business acumen, compassionate leadership, and a deep understanding of the relationships that drive lasting success.
